Sleep Psychotherapist

Petra Hawker joined The London Sleep Centre in 2016 and has over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy and counselling.  She has a PHD in Social Science which includes Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Analysis. She offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia which is a sleep retraining programme. She also offers therapy sessions to those who are suffering from depression,  anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship problems and stress. She has worked nationally and internationally across all types of backgrounds and professions and leads the Sleep Psychotherapy service at The London Sleep Centre offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia ((CBT-I) and other forms of Counselling, Coaching and Therapy to assist with Sleep Health and Wellbeing.
