Head of Sleep Physiology
Wahab Dhemech qualified with a medical degree from the Aleppo Medical School in Syria in 2001. He subsequently moved to the U.K. and his clinical experience has broadened to include surgical, respiratory, neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine. Wahab subsequently developed an interest in Sleep Medicine and joined the London Sleep Centre in 2008 where he trained and obtained accreditedation as a Sleep and Respiratory Physiology.
Dr. Dhemech leads the sleep physiology diagnostic team at the London Sleep Centre and heads the Sleep Department at Weymouth Street Hospital.
He is a Member of Royal Society of Medicine Sleep Section and holds a certificate of Polysomnography and Sleep Medicine for physicians through the Atlanta Academy of Sleep Medicine, USA.
He is an accredited Polysomnographer and has been involved in various International Sleep Clinical Research projects. His clinical technology expertise includes all Polysomnography procedures, CPAP, Bi level therapy and overnight Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV).Back
